Anand nurtures a vision of making Kuliza an iconic company in the coming decade.
A serial entrepreneur, Anand co-founded Stockfundas.com, which provided NAIC-investors with tools for fundamental analysis of US stocks. He also co-founded SQA Technologies (now VMLogix). The experience needed to setup a team from scratch, build and deliver a product to multiple customers came when he was entrusted with starting a venture for Trilogy Inc., a US-based enterprise software company. His stint as a Development Manager at Amazon further honed his skills.
As the founder and director, Anand spearheads business development meeting clients, prospects and technology partners. He also pours his experience into technology expertise and overall delivery at Kuliza.
Anand is a 2000 batch alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology at Delhi, being the topper of his discipline (Mathematics and Computing).
Diarmaid Byrne
Chief People Officer
Diarmaid aims to make Kuliza one of India's best companies to work for.
Prior to joining Kuliza, Diarmaid co-founded a consulting practice in Ireland and India that focused on creating work environments that nurtured talent and enabled people and businesses to maximise their potential.
Diarmaid constantly emphasises the value of people in making successful organisations. As Chief People Officer, he oversees the HR and Recruitment roles at Kuliza, and wants to make Kuliza an employer-of-choice.
An Organisational Psychologist, Diarmaid is a 2003 alumnus from University College, Dublin, Ireland, and holds an MSc from the Institute of Work, Health & Organisations, University of Nottingham, UK. Diarmaid is also a qualified Executive & Personal Coach from the European Coaching Institute.
Aparna Sharma
VP, Finance
Aparna wants to make a positive change to lives through technology innovation.
She left a plum and challenging job at Oracle to take up an even greater challenge – that of creating a software product engineering company with the vision to build it into an enterprise that attracts the best talent and builds the best products.
Though a techie herself, she realizes the importance of legal aspects in product engineering along with the critical areas of fiscal prudence and nurturing talent. She thus dons the legal, financial and human resource mantle at Kuliza.
Aparna holds a masters in Computer Applications from Birla Institute of Technology and Science at Mesra, India.
Prashant Gyan
VP, Quality Engineering
Prashant aims at creating a product engineering powerhouse and knows that quality is an essential ingredient.
A self-starter and highly entrepreneurial person, he refused a corporate job after graduating to pursue roads less travelled. His success and a desire to hone a few skills saw him at stints in Oracle and Informatica before taking the plunge with Kuliza.
As the Vice President, Quality Engineering, Prashant drives the quality focus in each and every assignment at Kuliza. He also heads the effort of making quality assurance as an independent business vertical. His business analysis skills also make him active in client engagement and developing new business.
Prashant holds a bachelors degree in Marine Engineering from Jadavpur University, India.
